SOURCEFLOW™
A Dynamic Fascial Repatterning™ Method
SOURCEFLOW is an advanced, movement-based fascial release methodology that integrates cupping, Gua Sha, breathwork, and functional movement to restore circulation, neuromuscular communication, and structural coherence throughout the body.
Unlike traditional table-based cupping, SOURCEFLOW works with the body in motion — because fascia, nerves, and muscle chains reveal their true patterns when the body is actively moving, breathing, and responding to gravity.
This method treats the body not as isolated parts, but as an intelligent, communicating system — one that reorganizes most effectively when sensation, breath, and movement are unified.
SOURCEFLOW is not pain management.
It is pattern recognition, circulation restoration, and nervous-system re-education.
Why Movement Matters
When the body is static, many compensation patterns are hidden.
When the body moves, the truth emerges.
In SOURCEFLOW sessions, cups are applied while clients are:
Stretching
Rotating
Lunging
Reaching
Spiraling
Breathing consciously
This creates dynamic tension points — intentional anchor points in the fascia — so that when the client moves, the body naturally reveals:
Where restriction originates
How force is being misdirected
Which side is overworking and which side has gone offline
Where the true root of pain or dysfunction lives (often not where symptoms show up)
This is often referred to as cross-body or contralateral fascial engagement — using one side of the body to access and release restriction stored elsewhere.
When movement, breath, and suction are combined, circulation can increase dramatically — often experienced as heat, pulsing, tingling, or emotional release — as stagnant tissue is rehydrated and re-oxygenated.
What Makes SOURCEFLOW Different
Most cupping systems are:
Static
Passive
Practitioner-driven
SOURCEFLOW is:
Dynamic
Participatory
Neurologically integrative
You are not just being worked on, you are an active participant in rewiring your body.
This allows:
Faster pattern recognition
More precise placement of cups and scraping
Deeper, longer-lasting results
Greater autonomy and body awareness over time
The 120-Minute SOURCEFLOW Session
1. Arrival + Body Orientation (15–20 minutes)
Brief verbal check-in
Education on sensation vs injury
Grounding breath to establish nervous system safety
Setting intention: listening to the body rather than overriding it
2. Floor-Based Movement & Mapping (30–40 minutes)
Supine and prone positions
Gentle spinal rotations
Child’s pose
Arm raises and spirals
Hip opening and leg extension
Small intuitive movements guided by sensation
Cups and/or Gua Sha are applied while in motion.
3. Standing & Functional Movement (15-20 minutes)
Client stands and moves through:
Lunges
Weight shifts
Arm lifts
Gentle walking or balance work
Cups may still be applied here for advanced clients.
4. Table-Based Integration (30 minutes)
Once patterns are identified, the session transitions to the table.
Static and sliding cups, scraping, and manual guidance are used to:
Reinforce the new pattern
Decompress tissues
Support circulation and drainage
This phase helps the nervous system register safety after intensity.
5. Integration + Education (15–20 minutes)
What patterns came up
Why certain sensations arose
What changed in the body system
Foam rolling and myofascial release homework
Who SOURCEFLOW Is For
This work is ideal for:
Chronic pain clients
Athletes and movers
Trauma-aware individuals
People who feel “stuck” despite years of bodywork
Clients ready to participate in their healing
