Advanced, all-inclusive bodywork for your whole being.

Restore your structure. Regulate your nervous-system. Reconnect to yourself.

At Source Bodywork, sessions are crafted to support your whole system — structure, fascia, breath, energy, and emotion. I blend deep, intuitive bodywork with nervous-system balancing so your body can unwind and remember its source.

At the core of every human being lies a truth often forgotten — the body is the source. It is the origin of our patterns, our pain, our intuition, and our resilience. Every contraction tells a story. Every signal carries meaning. Your body is always communicating — long before the mind can make sense of it. Source Bodywork is the practice of decoding that language by tracing tension back to its root — understanding the body not as a problem to fix, but as a map leading you toward the breakthrough you’ve been seeking. This work doesn’t mask over discomfort or skim the surface. It meets the body where real change begins — in the fascia, in the breath, in the nervous-system and in the hidden patterns that shape your life. This method is for those who are ready to return to themselves. To release what’s been held too long, to reclaim the body as an ally, and to heal in a way that expands into clarity, capacity and unification.

Your body is always speaking. At Source Bodywork, I listen. I restructure, restore, and reconnect what’s been lost — creating the kind of breakthrough healing that changes more than your muscles. Come experience a breakthrough at Source Bodywork.

Source Modalities

Source Bodywork is not performed in separate techniques or add-ons.

Rather than choosing from a menu of modalities, each session integrates the methods your body needs in that moment — guided by how your structure, fascia, and nervous-system are responding.

Your body is layered and intelligent. The work meets it the same way.

Every session may include:

Biomechanical Restructuring Therapy

Realigns your body’s structure by correcting imbalances in muscles, joints, bones and movement patterns. Along with corrective soft-tissue manipulation and alignment work that restores structural balance.

Supports:

  • Postural correction

  • Mobility and flexibility

  • TMJ dysfunction

  • Efficient movement mechanics

  • Restores diaphragm function

Medical Myotherapy Massage

Focuses on assessing, treating, and rehabilitating soft-tissue pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction through clinical, hands-on techniques.

Supports:

  • Chronic musculoskeletal pain

  • Soft tissue injuries

  • Movement dysfunction

  • Postural imbalances

  • Muscle spasms and tension

  • Neuromuscular issues

  • Sports or repetitive use injuries

Structural Massage Therapy

Focuses on bones, fascia, muscles, and posture interaction. Using targeted soft tissue work, alignment cues, and corrective adjustments to restore functional movement
and reduce long-term pain patterns.

Supports:

  • Functional posture

  • Balanced movement

  • Pain relief

  • Nervous-system regulation

  • Body compensation

  • Mobility and flexibility

Deep Tissue Therapy

Deep, intentional pressure to release chronic pain, break down adhesions, and restore mobility. Targets the deeper layers of muscle and fascia with pressure that melts tension instead of overpowering it.

Supports:

  • Pain relief

  • Improved circulation

  • Reduced inflammation

  • Realignment of overworked muscles

  • Mobility and flexibility

  • Aids injury and surgery recovery

Cupping Therapy

Suction is created by placing special cups made of plastic or silicone on the skin. A vacuum or suction force is created inside the cup by a mechanical pump that pulls skin and underlying tissue upward into the cup.

Supports

  • Circulation and lymph flow

  • Chronic tension

  • Fascial restrictions

  • Mobility and flexibility

  • Detoxification

  • Posture and ROM

Neuromuscular Therapy

Identifies dysfunctional neural pathways, trigger points, and distortions in the motor system.

Supports:

  • Trigger points

  • Nerve compression

  • Postural distortions

  • Referred pain

  • Sciatica

  • Headaches

  • TMJ dysfunction

Reiki Therapy

Balancing the flow of life-force energy
through the physical, emotional, and energetic systems.

Supports:

  • Nervous-system regulation

  • Emotional release and grounding

  • Reduce stress and overwhelm

  • Deep restorative healing

  • Clearing energetic stagnation

  • Reconnecting to calm

  • Recovery after injury, surgery and illness

Myofascial Release

Slow, sustained pressure to soften and rehydrate fascia. Using active and passive releases with instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization.

Supports:

  • Mobility restrictions

  • Emotional holding patterns

  • Full-body tension lines

  • Aids injury recovery

  • Enhances circulation

  • Eases chronic conditions

  • Sinus issues

Gua Sha Therapy

Chinese medicine technique that involves scraping your skin with smooth-edged massage tools. It lifts stagnation, clears congestion, and restores glide between the skin, fascia, and underlying tissues.

Supports:

  • Chronic tension

  • Fascial adhesions/scar tissue

  • Headaches and jaw pain

  • Inflammatory patterns

  • Promote tissue healing

  • Restore ROM

Trigger Point Therapy

Direct pressure to hyper-irritable areas that cause radiating pain. Firm pressure applied using manual pressure.

Supports:

  • Headaches

  • Deep aches

  • Radiating patterns

  • Chronic tightness

  • Neural tension

  • Restore ROM

  • Movement dysfunction

Craniosacral Therapy

Uses gentle touch to balance the cranial bones, spinal system, cerebrospinal fluid and soft tissues.

Supports:

  • Stress and overwhelm

  • TMJ dysfunction

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Emotional unwinding

  • Nervous-system regulation

  • Head injuries

  • Digestion

  • Sinus issues

Visceral Manipulation Therapy

A gentle therapy that uses soft manual force to encourage the normal movement and function of internal organs and their surrounding tissues.

Supports:

  • Adhesions around the organs

  • Digestive issues

  • Diaphragm tightness

  • Scar tissue from surgeries

  • Pelvic discomfort

  • Chronic core tension
